  I’m new to the Millersville area and was looking for a salon to manage my color treated hair. The excellent reviews I read about Kathy led me to Billy Jean’s, and I was not disappointed! Kathy gave me a moisturizing “bond” treatment to address my dry and frizzy hair and added beautiful highlights! My hair is healthier than it’s been in a long time and I’m so happy with the way it looks! Not only is Kathy a great stylist, she is so warm and friendly and makes you feel like you’ve known her for a long time within minutes of meeting her! If you’re searching for a great stylist, make an appointment with Kathy~you won’t be sorry!!!!!

  Thank you Kathie Miller for fixing my hair damage and highlights! Love it. She knows her hair stuff!! The salon is really nice too. Everyone there is so pleasant!

  Most beautiful salon I have ever been to. I drove 82 miles to get there and it was well worth it. Kathie is the best she works magic
