“Best kept secret. A very pleasant and family oriented campground. This is a very clean and hidden place in southern Lancaster county. It's an all year round campground with all the hook up ( water, sewer, trash and electric) on solid ground in a nook of trees. It also has a bath house, swimming pool, and a whole lot of walking trails. The owners are extremely helpful and keep the property well maintained.”

“Very old & rustic local tavern with bar & dining room. This old, well Kept tavern has changed hands a few times through the years. However, has always managed to stay the course of a well kept, clean, and always enjoyable, friendly atmosphere. The food here is very good and priced well. Dining room is separted from bar and also has an outside deck for summer time. It has very easy acess for handicap folks and ample parking. Very well stocked bar with about 6-8 draft beers, plenty of bottled & can beer with selection of liquor also. Food can be ordered from bar also.”

“Beautiful nature preserve with great hike. Visited in the winter so it was not terribly crowded, although some people have said it does get crowded in the warmer months. Side note - we walked down one side of the river (yellow trail, I think) and back up the other (blue, I think) but there was no way to get back to the parking lot from this side of the river. Seemed as though there was a bridge mising that was usually there.”
