(January 4, 2020, 3:44 pm)The staff here is always very friendly. I work across the street and know that I can simply stop in at any time if I have a question. I have not worn hearing aids since I was a child but they have made the transition back to wearing them very easy.

What she taught me and my colleges then about hearing loss and its effects on the people suffering from it still resonates with me today. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful providers in the industry. She truly lives by the golden rule.
