“This is an excellent budget hotel located in the town of Lancaster. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well-maintained and super cozy. The staff is very friendly. The owner is easily accessible and caters to individual needs of each customer staying here. If you need a reliable place to crash in this area and are tight on traveling budget, this is your place. This hotel has my highest recommendation and I'm very likely to revisit this hotel if I'm in the area!”

“Can't wait to come back. Very clean. Staff is very helpful and polite. They have a hot tub and gym area. The continental breakfast was beyond awesome (they have a waffle maker which was cool). Beds were nice and clean as well as inside of mattress covers. Room was very clean. As was the bathroom. Usually i don't like cloth shower curtains but theirs was clean. The room and hotel smelled good. Couldn't hear noise from the hallway nor the elevator (my room was right near the elevator). My only complaint is that the hallway and elevator was humid and hot. I has asthma and couldn't breathe on my way to my room, carrying my infant in her car seat, because of this.”

“We love this campground for many reasons. It is close to all the shopping outlets, the camping sites are very generous in size and clean. The staff is always helpful and kind. The camp store always has whatever I have needed (even grape jelly). The showers and bathrooms are always clean and bright. The campground is pretty as one side of it is next to a little stream and there are lots of trees everywhere which not only provide shade but also privacy. An added plus to this campground is that it is so close to Dutch Wonderland! You can actually walk there from the campground. I am looking forward to going back to this campground for another mini-vacation.”

“Great price for the amenities. We had a king size bed and 2 animals with us. I like the bus parking that made parking the 26ft truck easy. They have acres of grass in the back for dog walking. They take a $50 cash deposit that you get back once you check out. Bonus was assisting us with finding our cat!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property, located adjacent to a quiet residential area. Front desk staff quickly moved us to another room after we discovered the room assigned to us hadn't been cleaned. The included breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare, and one suggestion is to upgrade the coffee quality (while acceptable, not premium).”

“Very nice hotel! Like others said, it's a bit old hotel, but they really did great jobs to maintain it well. Also, it is right next to the highway, but it didn't really bother me at night. They should improve their breakfast, I thought. Overall all, it was a very good stay and really nice staffs!”

“Hotel is still under major renovations which resulted in my 4 star rating. Main hall, check in desk and bar/restaurant is completed. Outside and some current rooms is where the current construction focus appears to be. The room we stayed in was newly completed with new mattress, bedding, carpet and new tile in bathroom. An added feature was a built-in room air cleaner. A great feature in a hotel room. Customer service was fantastic, especially the manager on call. Food at the restaurant, though limited was delicious. They also had a Starbucks in the lobby area. I also noticed an attached golf course which I'm guessing was for hotel guests. When completed. This will be a great place to stay for a golf vacation or a luxury getaway. Looking forward to our next stay which will likely be after the hotel is completed.”

Our room was very comfortable and I appreciated the fact that the 500 level was only up one flight of steps (and not 5 stories up with no elevator yet.) If you don't mind a little construction mess while improvements are made this is a great place to stay.”

“I stayed here for 3 nights over the Christmas holiday, visiting relatives in the area. I usually stay at one of the motels on busy Route 30, but wanted someplace quieter and out of the way. Spruce Lane Cottages were fantastic!! It sits back off the road (Rt 340), so traffic noise is not a problem. The cottage was exceptionally clean, and the bed (king size) was perfect, nice and firm. The cottage had a coffee maker and several packs of coffee. Because these are cottages, there is no noise from neighbors. The cottage I stayed in only had one adjacent unit, and both doors lead out to a private covered patio with a bench for sitting. The lodge sits right next to a wonderful Sheetz convenience store that's open 24 hours/day, and they have really good food and very good prices. This will be my 1st and only choice for accommodations during future visits, for sure! Thanks so much to the owners who have established a really nice place for the traveler to stay! Looking forward to returning in the near future!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Rooms where clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Gym was small but adequate. They have a Indoor pool which I didn't use. I couldn't hear the neighboring rooms but I did hear the footsteps from the room above. This hotel is perfect if you're interested in shopping at the outlets but close enough drive to the Amish stores. They were renovating the hotel during my stay which I didn't mine. I appreciated that the staff member told me that there might be noise due to the renovation before I actually paid for my room. I was placed in one of the renovated rooms and was pleased with the upgraded room.”
