Dr. Mary guided us through the process helping to make him comfortable after exhausting all other possibilities. On a Sunday, he became very ill. Even though the office was not open, Dr. Mary came in to meet us. She helped explain everything to our children. With compassion and grace, she supported them with kindness and empathy and give them time to digest the outcome. Then, she joined us in a final prayer. Right from the initial phone call until he was discharged, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They took such great care of him while we were there. They thoroughly examined him, diagnosed the issue, and carefully explained what I needed to do and what follow up care was needed. They accurately relayed what they were doing, what the cost would be, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The vet, the vet tech, and the front desk staff were wonderful and sensitive to our poor baby's needs. I highly recommend this place and it was worth the drive.”

There is ample parking, onsite grooming services, public restrooms and it is quite easy to get to. They make an effort to accommodate my schedule and honestly, I've never had an issue with getting the care I needed for my cat and dog. Veterinarian care isn't cheap, no matter where we choose to go. So if I'm going to spend money, at least I know I'm getting the best care at VCA.”

He was an important part of the family, which should be taken in to consideration by the staff. Otherwise they are normally very helpful and nice, but that experience definitely didn't sit well with me.”
