The wait time at her office is always reasonable. I do, however, find the system of making an appointment to be ineffective. You have to leave a message for them to call you back, and hope to be at your phone and calendar when you get the call.”

That being said I got my Infinity Q40 tinted. Came out Amazing and 3 months later there are no issues. They told me to call them if there one does come up, I’m sure I won’t have to.
