“As hard as it may be to write a review for something as such these are the reviews that are necessary. We had a very young passing in our family that no one quite knew how to grasp. Mr. Fabry remained professional by simply stating the facts of the what the next few days had in store for us. We knew step by step what to expect and he was with there with us ALL every step of the way. As awful as it is to say the cost of a funeral can sometimes be a very heavy burden. Not with John, he will work with you and help to ease you during this difficult time. With any passing the most difficult part is talking about the details that will lay your love one to rest. Understand, these are facts and they are needed and there is no way around this. John was very thorough and helped to guide us with our decisions. BUT he left the decisions to us and did not over step his boundaries. A beautiful tribute video was put together that we will all cherish forever. Our flowers that he ordered were above what we could have ever asked for. I have been to many funerals and I could only say that most seem very cut and dry. To lay a kind hand on someones shoulder while they are at their weakest is something to be recognized. There was not one time that my family walked by John that he did not display a kind gesture. For someone in a position that holds such power that would take the time to do something so simple as to hold tissues for loved ones is above and beyond in my eyes.
