From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is friendly and knows who you are and greets you accordingly. The nurses are cheerful and caring. My Provider is Alexandria Bakos, CRNP. She is absolutely wonderful. Lexie is thorough and caring. She addresses all my concerns and explains everything clearly. I have never felt rushed. She treats you as though you were family. One of the most valuable caveats I have found is when needing a referral to a specialist, this wonderful team take care of everything from getting a preauthorization to scheduling the visit. It is done expediently. This team make seeing a provider a breeze. I never thought I would enjoy seeing a doctor! Fabulous team!!”
