Some people have issues with management but if you abide by the rules and don't cause trouble and keep your home well maintained there should be no problems. All the people I talked to were extremely nice and with how uncertain I was on what I wanted the sales guys worked with me between seeing if I would be comfortable driving it to test drives and just to look in them if I would like it. After almost a week of deciding I finally found one that suited my wants and needs. They didn’t pressure me into buying something I hated nor tried to push a van on me like a few places did.
