“I hadn't been in this store since the Granite Run Mall closed and the entrances were changed. They have done a lot of remodelling and it looks really nice. I think some departments were moved around so it took me a while to get reoriented but I would say the changes were for the better. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and was successful so it was a positive experience. There are other stores that have opened nearby recently that replace the area left by the removal of the mall. I think the parking access to Boscov's is better with this new arrangement too.”

“Three large store, and well-stocked. The staff is always friendly. They will definitely ask you if you need help, but are also unobtrusive if you turn them down. :-) the last time I was there I came to get an espresso machine and they didn't have one out. I was really disappointed but a salesperson went to wherever they store these things and got me one very quickly. Prices are kind of high, but of course unlike shopping online, you can see and feel the texture of the linens, towels, Etc that you are buying. Totally worth it to get what you want. Go online and get yourself a 20% off any item coupon. There are a few exceptions to the coupon, but they general Lee don't hassle you about coupons! Amazing selection of course and it's hard to walk out without buying something. LOL”

“Yo this is a well-stocked store not like some of the other big box stores where people come to beat their kids and let them run all over the place and have merchandise all over the floor. The staff seems to care and make sure everything is in order with no clothes all over the floor and debris that you have to step over. The staff doesn't seem to know their stock and B knowledgeable. The lines are never that bad to get in and out of the store and I find the prices fairly decent and yes the store is service dog friendly”
