“Always very nice. I don't find them to be hard selling me. They know their product line and takes their time to show you everything you need to know before purchasing. I'm in the market for a car now and I feel that I understand the pluses and minuses of each vehicle I looked at. Service always fits me in when I need anything. Only issue is that when we bought it they said they'd pick up and drop off my car if it needed service and that never happened. Sometimes it was hard to even get a loaner for the day. I've had the same Buick for 7 years.”

“We spent a good deal of time looking at the Subaru Ascent before finally deciding to get serious about buying. We identified three dealerships that had the model we were looking for and then began the negotiations process. We had a good experience at another dealership but couldn't get close enough on price. At that point, we went to Rafferty. We worked with Dave Maida who made the process very easy. Rafferty was able to give us the deal we were looking for and also had the exact model and color we were looking for. Car shopping with three kids in tow is not easy but Dave took care of things for us prior to closing the deal. We agreed on price on a Friday evening and the car was ready for us at the time we agreed to on Saturday afternoon. All we had to do was come in and finalize the paperwork.
