“Nothing but good things to say! Never had one bad experience. Quick wait time (if any at all). Switched from Beyond Hello after many years. Eventually got fed up with their pretentious ridiculous policies. Manager and employees are totally incompetent and on a few occasions the drive thru cashiers giving me incorrect amount of change so they can pocket tips for themselves. Have had the miserable girls at the counter talk back to me multiple times. Do your self a favor and avoid Beyond Hello and give Zen Leaf a visit. Zen Leaf is top tier for sure.”

“8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years! 8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.”

“I went to Michele on my daughters recommendation......she was absolutely positive Michelle would not only do a great job coloring my hair but that she would make me feel comfortable, she was so right. She took the time to find out what I was looking for....I did show her a few pictures and we discussed them, she asked what I liked and disliked. I LOVE MY NEW HAIR! The salon is immaculate, professional, I was taken on time, there was no feeling of being rushed, I felt comfortable (that is a big deal as I am always nervous when it comes to going to hair salons).
