When I was ready to check out I was treated with respect even though I purchased from the clearance section only. Then I was given the opportunity to select a gift from the gift basket in the front of the boutique, a very beautiful pair of kitchen holiday towels. “This is the best Yoga studio in the area! I have been a member for almost 5 months now. All the teachers are highly qualified and extremely welcoming. They offer a wide variety of yoga styles including Ariel yoga. I couldn’t help but try all the classes and although I have my favorites like Ashtanga (by Danielle, Eric & Marcy) & the morning vinayasas by (Susan & Danielle) all the classes are fun & high quality. “This was my first time visiting here. The pieces are mostly American Post Modern by the Wyeth and McCoy family. Children will enjoy the model trains and doll house. Current winter exhibit includes Christmas Trees decorated with creatures created by volunteers using materials found in nature. The grounds next to the Brandywine River offer a great walk along a trail the follows the river.”

“We had Dave come in and give us an estimate on three rooms; his prices were VERY reasonable. He just finished painting one of the rooms--a room predominately trim--and it looks fantastic. Dave is unbelievably efficient. He came in all did the prep in about an hour; Dave had covered everything with plastic, wiped down all the completely gross floor boards (we bought our house three years ago, and I haven't cleaned them, and they sure didn't look like they'd been cleaned before we moved in), and started painting. By the end of the day, he'd painted all our cabinets, doors, and other trim. I figured he would leave the room covered, but he removed all the paint supplies because he said he wanted us to be able to use the room. This was a serious job; Dave figured it would take about three days (Dave actually had to come in a couple hours on a fourth day, but he didn't charge us any more), yet at the end of each day, the room was cleaned up and put back to rights. Moreover, it can be awkward having someone in your kitchen painting for three days, but Dave didn't blare music, didn't make or leave any mess; he even got along with my dogs! But most important, the result is truly excellent! People who have seen the before and after cannot get over the difference. It looks like a new kitchen. I can't recommend Dave highly enough. If you want excellent work at a reasonable price, Dave is your man. ”

“Went for The Great Pumpkin Carve. It was fun, albeit a little pricey. It can get crowded but from the feedback I've heard the flow of traffic is much better this year. We enjoyed the pumpkins and it was a lovely evening. Wear shoes that are appropriate for trekking through the mud.”
