“Howdy! Y'all got the best cheesesteaks! Although, I always get my hot sauce on the side rather than on my cheesesteak. I am a hot sauce fanatic and eat it on just about everything and anything. Therefore, I am curious to know as to which hot sauce y’all use back in the kitchen or how it is you make it?? It’s a different hot sauce then what y’all have out on the tables in the dining room. I understand if this isn’t something that y'all are willing to share.... although, I definitely couldn’t help but ask because I’d LOVE to know.”
