Laura called me back in short order. She let me know that once she got into the office on Monday that she would find someone to come out that day, if possible. First thing Monday morning Laura arranged for Brian, Director of Operations to come to our home. I had an additional need to contact the company and my experience was the same -– Laura had Brian out the same day and I had the estimate before the end of the day. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to discuss all options. I am so appreciative of the excellent suggestions he provided. I received the estimate the same day.
