“Dr. Dan is AMAZING! I had a free consultation for tennis elbow, based upon the recommendation of a friend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. I was so impressed with his approach that I scheduled a full visit the following week. The tennis elbow has been resolved but I continue to see Dr. Dan, working on long-term aches and pains, that I had just accepted as part of aging. If you have gone to physical therapy before, this is completely different. While Dr. Dan gives you physical therapy exercises to do at home, he uses the time to treat with dry needling, cupping, graston, etc. I previously did two separate rounds of physical therapy on my shoulder and experienced some modest relief. Working with Dr. Dan, I have made significant progress and at times, I am completely pain free! If you're experiencing an issue, give Dr. Dan (or anyone at InstaCare) a try. They have great instructors for these classes who are not only very knowledgeable about modifications for folks who have injuries/issues, but also make exercise fun by changing things up and sharing stories with the class. I tried similar classes at the Y, but headed right back to TA because of the friendly staff and friendly group of seniors!”

I am a 45 year old male looking to burn more calories and change up my gym routine. Passion for Cycles is unlike anything else I have ever experienced. I can easily burn 400-600 calories during this 1 hour class. The fact you stand while cycling is a totally unique idea. Getting off the bike do perform strength training exercises also makes the class just fly by. I have more energy, feel more flexible and can't wait for me next class!
