“Four years ago I started looking for a yoga studio, and chose Balanced For Life because Denise is a licensed physical therapist. Regular PT was not helping my back issues, and I needed to improve my balance and posture due to adult-onset scoliosis. Class sizes are small and there is plenty of personal attention to each student’s individual needs. Denise offers suggestions if a modification is needed due to physical limitations, and she is always watching if we need to make corrections. She shares her vast knowledge of body dynamics , so we learn just what muscle-groups are being used for each pose. The studio offers a variety of classes for different interests, and there is even a community outreach offered. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!”
