“I always take my car to Quality Auto Services. The mechanics are professionals who know what they are doing and the owner Chris is FANTASTIC. As a woman sometimes I feel mechanics in the past take advantage of our not knowing the ins and outs of cars. I have never felt that way with the service at Quality Auto. Chris is upfront and honest about what is wrong with your car. He is never pushes you to get this or that done. He makes the suggestions and leaves it up to you. He even tells you if you want to think about it you can always come back. Today I went in because my car was making a horrible squealing noise every time I started it up. Chris had on of the mechanics take it in to the bay immediately. After about 20 minutes the mechanic returned and said he checked the belts and they were fine. He did notice the power steering fluid was low so he topped it off and checked for any leaks. He said he could not find a leak anywhere. Chris told me to bring it back in a week or two so they could check the fluid again just to make sure there's not a problem. I asked him how much it was for today and he responded with no charge. I said how can that be your mechanic just worked on my car for 20 minutes, his response was we didn't do any service except top of your fluid. I said please let me at least tip the mechanic and he said no way. If you want trustworthy mechanics and honesty from the owner then take your car to Quality Auto Services and speak with Chris.
