I felt dumb because I asked for a keratin treatment and didn’t realize that I had gotten it in the shampoo bowl (I just thought it was a delicious smelling shampoo and conditioner), but she was very nice when I asked when I would have the treatment. I would definitely go back for highlights and probably another treatment to keep my hair soft.”
