October 2017 was the month of my changed life! I came to "CrossFit Elations" in need of a better body and better health. Mike & Sue were very welcoming and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I knew nothing about the "Box." However, I decided to faithfully attend for a free week with a friend. I'm still here, she's not. By March 2018 my Dr. said: Many people return to me talking about life changes they've made, but their numbers say otherwise. But you!!! Your numbers speak a "Life Change." Keep doing what you're doing. As you're reading this I want you to know that my cholesterol numbers were horrific. I asked my physician to give me 6 months to help myself. And if my numbers haven't changed I'll consider my condition hereditary and take prescribed medication. My numbers dropped an AMAZING 75%. GOD is good too???????????? I Look Great! Feel Great! Am now lifting more weight and Coach Mike always monitors my progress. People are dumbstruck that I'm a CrossFitter. I tell them: Stay Tuned!!???? This is "Cindy" and I've submitted this review!???? “My cousin recently moved into the Carlson Center at the Villa. She has severe dementia. She was previously at Simpson Meadows in an assisted living apartment. At Simpson Meadows, she was falling at least weekly and did not have the support that she has at St Marthas. St. Marthas Villa has a great team in the Carlson unit and are specifically trained to interact with those who have dementia. She has her own room, but honestly she stays engaged and she is never in that room. She engages in daily activities where she never had at her previous residence. My cousin has truly thrived in this environment. I have no worries when it comes to her care. This facility also has a great personal care unit and independent living facility too.”
