“My S60 was coming off lease soon, in December Kyle Butler followed-up with me and explained Volvo's 9 month pull-ahead program. The timing was perfect because they were able to get me into a new 2018 S90 during their end-of-year Red Bow program and we got a great deal. Kyle listened to my concerns about going from the S60 model to the larger S90 and all of the details I was looking for. Kyle worked with Brad Stillman, who we've had a great relationship with for many years, and they found me the perfect vehicle. Kyle kept in constant contact throughout the entire process and helped me feel confident about my decision. The day we picked up the new S90 Brad was waiting for us in the lobby, thanked us for our continued business then took us to Kyle. Kyle motioned over to the showroom floor and there was our new S90 fully detailed with a big red bow sitting on top. Kyle let us take photos with the car in the showroom then painlessly took us through the paperwork process. Afterwards Kyle handed us over to Holly Hopkins who patiently explained all of the S90’s new features until we were comfortable with them. Several days later both Kyle and Holly have followed-up with us to make sure we're happy with the new S90 and asked if we have any other questions. “It is a customer friendly and organized place. Lobby area is really comfortable to wait. Last week, I had rear break work, 3 factory recalls and battery changing in their service. I am really satisfied and impressed. My service adviser Fred was really friendly and helpful. Today, after a week my service work, I visited the place again for SOS warning light, we thought it might be electrical related issue since we replaced new battery, but they found a piece of rock on my rear wheel which hit my speed sensor, that was the reason I received SOS warning, they did reset the error and tested again, nothing went wrong and it got fixed, so they didn't charge any labor fee on my second visit and I got loyal customer discount.
