“I am not one for reviews bc truthfully, I expect a company or provider to do their job; (🤷🏾♂️) however, every once in a while you comes across a company Like MDDP. -My items arrived four days after my order was received by MDDP intake. (IMO only Amazon is faster w/shipping ) The box was damage free w/no loose contents moving around at all. Believe me I tried. I’m still 12 like that. I get excited, what’s in the box like I already don’t know. 😝 Anyway, when I reluctantly cut the awesome looking MDDP marked package tape, I removed the tightly packed paper packaging and revealed my order. My order was 💯 damage free and ready for install with clear instructions. My LML DMAX was ready for her new CAT oil filter with a beautifully machined new threaded nipple to accommodate the new MASSIVE oil filter. Everything went smoovvve w/no leaks. I also needed a tumbler that fit my cup holder that wasn’t boring. So I ordered the matching CAT 20oz filter replica of my new oil filter. I feel like the amazing ppl at MDDP took the time to laser measure the cup holders on the K2 Chevy platform. Fits like a glove. Lastly, you all must be wondering by now what it is so special about MDDP that has me writing this? After the excitement cooled off, I went to clean my Xmas morning like mess and noticed the HAND written thank you note on my package slip thanking me for supporting their business. Hand written ppl! Who the hell does that in 2k24?!?!? I definitely felt my blue collar dollar went to the right place. I was appreciated. If MDDP sold every aftermarket part available for my LML Duramax diesel, even if more expensive than a competitor, my money goes to them. Thank you for taking a lil time to show gratitude to me!
