“I've been training with Melissa for a few months now and have seen steady improvement in my health and ability to do things I wasn't able to before. I started out doing a plank on the wall and am now able to do a "normal" plank and hold it. The one on one training is great. Every workout is catered to my needs and abilities. Melissa is good at listening to me when I tell her that I can't do something because my knees won't cooperate. She knows my limits and knows when she can push me a little harder. I've seen great improvements in myself and very happy I found this gym. They have it set up so that you are in the gym alone with your trainer or with a very small amount of other people. it's never too crowded and they are great about cleaning all the equipment after someone has been using it.”
