“I've been banking here for over 20 years, i can't believe it's been that long since it was built in Bristol. The majority of staff is friendly. I miss Steve! Debbie in the credit card division is phenomenal!! She knows how to fix problems. The front is always helpful. I've lived in Bristol for 26 years and have since moved twice I still bank with them. It's like family you don't want to lose a good thing! I've had solicitations by many banking organizations but I never even thought about leaving. I love the overdraft protection without all those high fees. I recommend this credit union.”
