“In the past few months, I've been having so many issues trying to get ahold of a certain prescription that I've been using for several years. Twice CVS gave me a substitute for my medication because they said my name brand medication was "on back order" and didn't know when it would come in, so they gave me something else instead. The medication they gave me didn't work. So I call other major pharmacies to see if they carry the brand I need and they all either said they didn't carry it or it was on back order as well, and wouldn't tell me any further information no matter how hard I tried. Given I can't just sit around and wait for who knows how long, I decide to call the manufacturer so see what the problem is because at this point I thought my medication was discontinued. The manufacturer said there shouldn't be a problem. At this point I thought I would have to find an alternative on my own because none of the pharmacies carried the brand I needed. Until I decided to call an independent pharmacy to see what would happen because I didn't want to switch medications if the brand I was on for several years was working for me. They were able to put in a 6 month order to get the medication for me by the next day. Not only that, but they're working on getting an additional 6 months for me so I'll have a year's worth ready and waiting for me so I don't have to worry about it! Matt explained to me that it's actually pretty common for problems like this to happen with medications and explained that it all depends on what the stock market is like, what contracts are signed, etc. Definitely way more informative than any other CVS, Costco, Walgreens, etc. I've called. I'm coming here from now on :)”

“Dr. Lugo is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I never thought I'd have such a strong, outspoken opinion on which dentist to see, but now I do. I've had many different dentists over the years as I've taken horrible care of my teeth. I almost didn't post this (because I don't want his schedule to be to busy for me to have an appointment quickly,) but I want his practice to do well. I noticed a bad review and had to speak up. The only reason I know Dr. Lugo would not provide care would be if his office couldn't accept a particular type of insurance. I changed my insurance specifically for this reason after meeting Dr. Lugo through a required military screening. When he performed a filling without causing me a single grimace, I knew I had to have him as my permanent dentist. His office is friendly and his skills are unparalleled. ”

“I have been going to Bucks Family Eye Care since my wife and I moved to the area in 2006. Doctor Thomas had identified a growing problem concerning my vision, my troublesome glaucoma and has helped me keep it in check by eye drops and regular visits. When I needed reading glasses, the good doctor and the receptionist help me pick out some heavy duty frames. They really look cool. Later on, Dr. Thomas identified a problem with my vision and let me know I had a cataract in my left eye and kept a close watch on it. Late last year Dr. Thomas realized they my glaucoma couldn't be handled by the eye drops any longer and the cataract in my left eye needed to be removed. He referred me to s group of eye surgeons that not replaced my defective lens but put a small stent in my eye to relieve the pressure from the glaucoma. I am convinced that due to his skill and caring for his patients, I have my eyesight and I don't have to worry with losing my sight any more. I highly recommend Bucks County Eye Care not only your eyeglasses, but all your eye care needs.”
