I felt like i was not just heard but understood by both Carrie and her husband Christopher. Both have given me new tools i was able to use right away and have given me the gift of being able to “see myself” in such a better light. The meditation i learned was fun & interesting. I’ve used it in my daily life to start my day and find it really helpful. The yoga helped with feeling more comfortable and was perfect for a low impact man like myself.
