“This is such an awesome class and the owner/instructor is amazing. She is always helpful and takes the time to make sure you are going the moves correctly and get the most out of the class. The music chosen for the rides are perfect and keep you motivated. The other riders are so super nice and helpful as well. I have been doing this for about 2 months now and feel like part of a family. I definitely recommend taking a class or more; just be prepared to feel sore the next day, it’s totally worth it though.”
