I waited until simple things like sitting in a car for more than 20 minutes or turning to the right was shooting pain through my back. Heat or cold was not helping either! I walked out after one visit feeling cautiously amazed at the lack of pain. After a couple of follow up visits, I was able to easily pick up my 2year old grandson.
