“I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond store on McKnight Rd today. I thought the store was open,but it was not. There was a lady in the parking lot picking up an online order. The employee from the store asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said yes,but, I didnt order online. She said if you tell me I will go get it. She said I would have to pay by credit card and did I have a coupon. She went and got the 2 products I wanted ,then went in the store and checked me out. I asked what her name was because I wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service. Her name was Rachel, the store manager. Thanks so much.!!!!!”
