“INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! We had an emergency situation involving a copious amount of pungent cat urine on an expensive custom-made dress for an extremely important formal event. From the start, Steve was upfront and honest about the fact that he might not be able to restore the dress to its original condition, given the extreme circumstances. However - not only did he end up working a miracle and successfully getting the stain AND smell out of the dress - but I swear it looked better AFTER he worked on it than it had before the incident. When I came to pick up the dress and saw it hanging there, in perfect condition, I was literally in tears with relief and gratitude. Steve was calm, kind, and extremely capable throughout the entire process. The young man who answered the phone and worked at the front desk was very helpful and compassionate with us as well. Not to mention the price was extremely fair compared to other cleaners, I honestly felt like we owed them 3x what they charged. We are eternally grateful to Steve, his miraculous skills and calming demeanor, and his staff. If I could give them 10,000 stars, I would. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Always a fan! I work at a post office nearby and decided to stop after work to check out this new location. I was greater with a friendly hello and it was all hands on deck from there I felt like I rented the place or I was the guest they’ve been waiting for a day. A manager was training a new employee it appeared he was very detailed and engaging to the trainee. Was acknowledged again as I excited but now here’s the test seeing how my sun held up Mike’s way for my 20 min drive home, glad to report it was almost as great tasting as if had ate inside. It felt like I was shopping with 'one of the girls' with a good eye for style. Her compassion shows through her work and she listens to what you want and presents the best options I didn't even know I would like! The boutique was adorably put together and had SOOO MANY OPTIONS in so many colors! She respected my privacy and had such a helpful hand and touch with clipping. My sister had described my other dress shop stops as a "factory outlet treatment" and she couldn't have been more right, basically bare minimum customer service. NOT SO AT BELLA BRIDESMAIDS! “My son had his first official eye appointment so he could get glasses last week. My insurance covers just a small amount of the exam, frames & lenses, so I was pretty anxious imagining the cost of everything. Skip to the end of the appointment which was extremely thorough and pleasant, and I find out Ill have to pay at minimum $75 out of pocket. I asked the man helping my son and I if they could hold the glasses until the very next day when I was able to pay. He was very kind and understanding to my situation. He says he needs to check on something and when he comes back he lets us know that there would be no cost. I was and still am shocked. Every employee was so kind and helpful. The visit was plesant and stress free. We will definitely be going back to this location again, and Id recommend this business to anyone and everyone!”
