Haven't been to big lots in a few years was in the area and was blown away at the store. It has changed so much,much better layout many more products than I remember. I will definitely be coming back for some of the deals I seen.

All staff members that we dealt with were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. But above all, Jen in the furniture department was AMAZING! I had issues with trying to purchase a sectional online using the credit card I was just approved for. The Waterford location was the only store in metro Detroit who had the couch in stock. So, we took a drive (quite a hike) to Waterford. Jen took care of us with the upmost patience and professionalism. And it took awhile because of the new BL credit card and trying to get the discount I would have received if I could purchase it online. But Jen is THE woman, and now has a forever customer, because I will drive all the way to Waterford when I go to Big Lots again!!!
