“Case Specific Wellness Center is a small, comfortable, environment to workout in because of the focus on proper training. Clients wants and needs are met with the attention provided by the coaches. Each coach motivates each individual client to the best of their ability. The workouts are not a one size fits all approach because the coaches meet the specific needs of each person. I have been attending the basic training classes held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and the small group setting pushes me to want more for myself and fitness goals. Each person in the class is inspiring in their own way, and no one feels left out or behind in any way.”
