“This is our first puppy and we wanted a place that would treat him special. Werntz is a 2-minute drive from our house and based on other reviews, we wanted to try. They have treated our puppy like a little king, and he’s always well taken care off. The staff, including the vets, come out and speak with you and explain things very well. I have had to call a few times for non-emergent questions and am also treated politely and given quality answers and reassurance. I took a star away just because the parking can be a bit rough and the building looks like it has seen some better days, but it appears they are remodeling. Otherwise, I trust my puppy here and recommend!”

She helped assess that he needed surgery and got me into a wondering emergency room quickly. She explained things so well and took care of him like a long term patient when it was his first visit.
