Darlene is the best. She makes you feel special and has an amazing memory. One of the renters came into the office and she called them by name. CubeSmart is blessed to have her on their team.

I’d highly recommend the cube smart in Broken Arrow. The manager of this location, Darlene, is exceptionally helpful and caring. She went out of her way to help me solve a storage issue. She was incredible and definitely made my day a lot less stressful with her kindness and problem-solving skills. I feel that my storage unit is in a safe, secure site with an amazing manager on site.

The management team is amazing. As a residential property manager of 31 years, I really appreciated Darlene's professionalism. If I had an opening on my team, I would definitely try to recruit her.

Very helpful, once staff in the office, but due to a person not showing up, not any fault of the person who was actually doing her job. I do not like the “online service”, as it does not allow a person to take off the lock, or change anything, so I had to go in person. She also helped me get a bigger space at the last minute, since I had not judged my space correctly.

Darlene the store manager at the 51st and County Line store in Broken Arrow is just amazing. She cares so much and got me a good deal on my unit. I’ll definitely be using CubeSmart again. :)

The people here are very nice. They help how they can in the community. I never went to a service here but I have met them all through the community outreach that they do. They also have a thrift shop as well.
