An older custodial team member at my hospital lost his balance and dropped a box containing supplies all over the floor. Your driver Brian stopped what he was doing to check on him and make sure he was ok and then proceeded to get down on the floor and pick everything up for him. I saw this random act of kindness and wanted to let you know.
