I had to help, which was fine. Two years after install the carpet began to wrinkle. With a quick call they sent out a couple techs to re-stretch and all is great again!”

This shopping experience was most enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! I recently went into PC Richard in Hanover to look around for gift ideas. I was sick of going into stores like Best Buy and wasting my time looking for someone to help me. PC Richard is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Jeff, a sales associate I’ve worked with before, greeted me and offered his assistance. I am glad I ran into him since he is quite knowledgable and helpful - without being pushy.
