“We had an excellent experience here. My husband called to make sure an F150 was on the lot, that he had seen online. He spoke with James, it was on site. We were in route, James called to make sure we were coming, we had an hour drive, and that he had pulled the truck right up front ready for us to look at. We arrived and the truck was out front. We checked the truck out and took it for a drive around the lot. Jimmy took a look at our trade in, did not give us any BS offer. It was the best trade in offer we had received from 6 dealerships. We decided on the spot we were driving home in the F150. Everyone we had interaction with was very nice, knowledgeable, and tried to make the process as easy as possible. We accidentally left an expensive pair of sun glasses in the trade in. The arrived today, 2 days after we bought the truck.”

“The new manager is everything I met her at another auto zone because I had given up on the CHILDERSBURG location while talking she informed me she was going to be working there soon when I tell ya she have the very best customer service i could ask for I think my son and I had to come in like 3 times today and and I have to say both of the women were beyond helpful and nice I was in a horrible mood and I went to car so my son could handle things but nope this woman comes out side and she doesn’t even realize how she help me turn my attitude around she was very polite she said even if u have to go somewhere else here is what your going to be looking for she had gotten all the information I needed she could have just sent it out by my son or just let me figure it out on my own but she didn’t and I appreciate that I wish I remembered her name I think she is the store manager but thanks for listening and giving good vibes I needed that ❤️”
