“I filled my car with oil and drove about a minute down the road before my car started breaking down. It was my own stupidity, I had to wait in the snow for about 2hrs to get towed. Not their fault, again, that’s me. I was having a really tough day and when I got to the shop they were able to take my car and work on it the next day. They told me how much I overfilled and I didn’t really have much hope. Thankfully it was an easy fix and it was done much cheaper than I anticipated. Unfortunately I left my apartment keys on the car key ring and had to call 10 minutes before they closed. They were able to leave my keys for me which I SO appreciated. I was also running late to pick it up today due to traffic and they were able to process my payment over the phone so that they could leave on time and I didn’t have to wait until the next day. I understand I was probably really frustrating to work with, but I’m very glad I was seen as a person and not a customer.”

“I was driving my 7.3 van when everything went to neutral. After looking around for a local shop and reading all these great reviews I decided to have it towed here. I am happy to report back that I was NOT disappointed. The service was extraordinary from the get-go! Rob and Cameron really took the time to explain to me how transmissions work and everything that could've went wrong. They were very transparent with the costs and even sent me pictures throughout the process! My biggest takeaway from taking my vehicle here is that I know everything was done right. I've dealt with other shops in the past and even if a place quotes you a little cheaper... TRUST ME you will sleep easy at night if you go with this shop. When other big awning companies didn't want to take on the job of sewing a bead on my popup camper awning to allow it to go back on the camper Rich stepped up. With some thinking about how to do it in his shop he finally came up with a solution and proceeded to do the job right then. You don't get this kind of service with bigger companies nor would they have waisted there time trying to figure out a way of doing the job. Rich did. Highly recommend Rich and his shop for any upholstery or special project.”

“These are the people who will show you the true discipline of making business in auto industry. They don't only have vast amount of resources for finding best quality AC Delco parts but also has great prices, unlike other stores, they are able to pull parts by your VIN number but also able to provide actual schemes of where the part goes, I just bought four rotors from them for my RV and it was Friday 9/3/10 the Labor day weekend, they worked three hour after they have closed to make sure my parts were the right one and on a Labor Day weekend.
