Even more impressive was the service after the sale. When the items were delivered there was a problem. The delivery guys did a great job of documenting the issue and assuring us it would be taken care of. We later received a call from the customer service dept letting us know that they were on the matter. When I sent an email to clear up some concerns, the owner called me personally and made sure we were up to date on what was happening to resolve the issue. Shortly thereafter everything was fixed exactly as described. Sometimes bad things happen, even with good products. Colony House responded in the best way possible and made sure we were happy customers, and we are.”
