“Very professional and punctual. Good communication prior to the service. I had to replace the handle to a shower unit that had broke on a Sunday morning. The tech came on Monday as scheduled and did a good job in explaining the costs. I can’t speak for value because it was just installed today. Assuming the quality is there and there are no issues ( I believe the technician did a thorough job and don’t expect any issues ), I think the value is also going to be good.”

He gave us multiple options to correct this and arranged a future appointment to get the work completed.
