He answered all of questions quickly and accurately. He kept in touch with us (even on the weekend), through email and text. If we called the main office the office staff was efficient in taking a message and making sure Tim got in touch with us as soon as he could, which was quicker than we thought. They were very kind on the phone and put my mind at ease. we had some special circumstances in taking my father to NV where he had a plot. Aaron took care of everything for me. Permits,cemetary details in NV, any and all paperwork I would need. He did a wonderful job making my dad look natural and just peacefully sleeping. Everyone working there was kind and comforting.
