Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. I've maintained I'd rather have all my teeth pulled and replaced with dentures than go to the dentist on a routine basis. However, these guys make it ok with their welcoming presentation as soon as you walk in the door and professionally capable dental techs (and nitrous). There's no shame in using nitrous, music and sunglasses as aids to having a healthy dental experience.
