Randy was very patient with her, and explained everything she needed to know and answered all of her questions in a way she could understand. She is not very tech savvy. Randy also noticed a medical condition in her ear and arranged for an appointment with the MD. Everything she needed was all done in one office which was extremely convenient for her. I was referred by my Oncologist from OHSU and the staff contacted within 24-hrs of the referral and my first appointment was for consultation and scans; happened in two business days. I work with both the Radiology team and the Oncology team. So far the experience has been 5-stars! I’m doing my second chemo and first radiation ☢️ today the beginning of a “journey” and not a pleasure cruise. The staff, Doctors, Technicians, Nurses have all been very professional, supportive and helpful. I will update this towards the end of this experience.”
