“I've been a member of this Gym since Spring 2022 and had been hiring Derek as a trainer 3 days a week since that time. I've lost 30 lbs, bulked up, and have been able to sleep better and feel stronger working with him. The great thing about Derek is he really listens to your needs and doesn't just give you a cookie cutter routine. He understands how the body functions if there is pain, listens to you when something hurts and readjusts the workout routine, and is one of the most friendly and approach le people at the gym. He doesn't bring his personal drama from home to his sessions, hardly ever misses a session, and treats all his clients with the utmost respect whatever their personal journey is fitness-wise. The instructors and fellow students are fun, non-judgmental and supportive. It doesn’t matter if you are a natural-born dancer or have two-left feet. The goal is to stay active, have fun, and keep your body moving. My wife and I are getting a little older, (both 60+), and it became more common to pull a muscle or throw out our back, etc. doing chores and work on our farm. But since joining Jazzercise, those problems have pretty much gone away. We are stronger and more limber than we’ve been in years. And we even lost weight in the process. I encourage anyone who is looking for a way to stay in shape to give it a try, especially other men! It is not just for women. They even have live online classes for this period with the COVID-19 virus. I think you will be surprised how fun and beneficial it is.”

“I've been going to this Snap Fitness for over 10 years now. One of the greatest aspects of this gym is the comaraderi. Often times a gym can be intimidating but when you go to Snap people know you and it's easy to feel comfortable. That sure makes going much more enjoyable. Also, no matter what you fitness goals are, the trainers (should you choose to work with one) will help you reach them! The knowledge of exercise, form, injury prevention and most importantly - diet, is extensive. In 9 months I went from 19.5% body fat to 9% and put on 8 lbs of muscle. I personally love that she provides feedback while you are in class so you wont be doing things incorrectly time after time and possibly injure yourself- something that is hard to find at many studios. She will work with you to meet you where you are and constantly provide modifications to make things easier or harder- eventually your doing things you never thought possible! Ive become so much more mentally and physically strong in the last 6+ months after starting her classes. I will admit- these classes can be tough- but you will see the benefits.”
