“I came in to Dr. Tran's office fully aware of the amount of work ahead. I only ever went to the dentist in emergency situations, so suffice it to say I've harbored a lot of trauma around dentists and dental work for a long time. Dr Tran, his wife and their receptionist are amazing. Absolutely amazing. He removed my infected tooth in 15 minutes. And on my next extraction it was decided to take out 2 that were broken and severely infected as well. Dr Tran was very kind, he explained each step of the way what to expect before he did it, and it was severely helpful. He got both teeth out in 30 minutes total. His wife has such calming, supportive energy. She's always right there doing exactly what is needed. She wiped away my tears, she patted me on the arm when things would get intense. She really knows how to be supportive in many ways besides just supporting him and his work in keeping things cleared while he works. While I had anxiety going in because I didn't know what to expect having two teeth removed, it was nothing like the panic I experienced in previous dental visits elsewhere. There is something tremendously healing about how Dr Tran and his Wife handle themselves, their patients and their office. Even when I move to Washington, I am strongly considering making the drive to them should I ever need dental work again. That's how good they both are. And their receptionist Laura is fantastic. She has a very bright energy that makes you forget you're even in a dental clinic. I've never seen her without a smile on her face and she was so very kind to talk with me about life when I had to wait over an hour for my ride to care to show up. It is very clear everyone in this clinic is an expert in their role in creating a comfortable and meaningful environment of healing for patients even when that work may be ordinarily difficult to experience. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me! I can't wait to get my smile back! 🫶”

“I've been a patient of Dr. Noland for five years at this point. I consider him to be a top-tier dentist. It's clear he takes great pride in his work, and he's always willing to explain things, even when I have a lot of questions. Recently I had an accident when river rafting, and chipped two of my teeth pretty badly. Dr. Noland was able to see me the day after I called, and did a wonderful job repairing my teeth. I was really relieved when I saw how he had fixed me up, and I cannot recommend him enough.”

“I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”

“Let's face it. Going to the dentist as an adult is not fun. There are no toys in the lobby or TVs playing in the rooms of our favorite Disney movies. We get to recline. That's our treat. But we get the best of what can be offered at Cooper Mountain Dental. The staff is extremely nice. Everyone who I've dealt with is professional, caring and calm. That's the perfect mixture for a dentist office. I don't need high, in your face energy. I want to be relaxed as possible and the aura of the place definitely offers that. The dental hygienists as well as the dentists are very easy to talk to. They are very clear when discussing the procedures and their suggestions. They don't even try to upsell or offer you anything you're not there for to begin with. They tell it to you straight. I can appreciate that. There are many dentist offices you can go tin our area, but not all have been rated and vetted for you as Cooper Mountain Dental has. Read the reviews. You don't have to look any further.”

“During earlier weeks of COVID19 I had an accident which resulted in need of cosmetic dental care. Dr. Barney's office was always attentive and there for me from the beginning. Given COVID19 restrictions I was very concerned I would not be seen. Dr. Barney's office assured me they would get me in and that I would be taken care of once I was give the green light by the endodontrist for him to do the cosmetic repair work. I aways panicked thinking they would not call me back given COVID19 but they always returned my telephone calls. Dr. Barney did a great job and helped me get my smile back. I felt in good hands with Dr. Barney. I am glad he's my dentist. He worked with my dental specialists and made it easy even during these stressful times. Once COVID19 placates my son soon to be an adult is looking forward to establishing a relationship with Dr. Barney's office.”
