“Moved from Portland, OR down to Southern CA with the help of West Coast Moving. A friend of mine had booked them to move their grand piano across town and were so impressed with them that she booked them to move the rest of her home items. They came highly recommended to me so I booked a consult on short notice and Jeromy arrived on even shorter notice and was so friendly and kind and responsive throughout our consult and with the follow up communication. On moving day, Daniel, Anthony,Keenan and Royer were polite, careful with our home to not dent or scratch surfaces, and protected our furniture pieces by wrapping them well. We appreciated their clarifying questions about what pieces we wanted to load, and were happy to load last minute items- and were truly pleasant throughout the whole process ! Having hard working , pleasant and experienced movers really put me at ease in knowing our items were being loaded well and that we could expect a smooth unloading at the destination with this team. We met two of the movers, Daniel and Anthony at our destination a few days later. They arrived on time , energized, professional yet warm, and ready to unload our jam packed 26’ truck. They worked very efficiently and very well together. They were so great to ask questions and ensure that items were being unloaded at the right part of the house. This was ultimately incredibly helpful with my own unpacking and the need to move around boxes to the right place. They handled our items with care . Daniel and Anthony were honestly so pleasant to be around and they kept a great pace throughout the move, that I felt motivated to unpack my boxes and be productive too. It was so nice to not have any major surprises when unpacking, and to see that most everything had arrived in the same condition as when we packed them. “When I walked in the door, Rose Marie greeted me with a smile. I’m a first timer at shipping things, so she gently guided me through the process. I forget the next person who came out to help me, but he got the ball rolling. Then Barb came on the seen, and helped gather resources to make up for the fact that I did not make appointment or do the stuff that typically needs to be done. She made up for my lack, and called in the troops. Then Josh arrived on the seen, and helped me unload, gather and wrap for save keeping (well, I moved a few boxes and watched the process, mostly). My experience with Terminal Transfer, Inc has been outstanding. Wish I could give them a bonus star, my experience with every individual was that good!”

Road sign says only 4 hours parking for tractor and trailer but I did for 10 hours reset and no one bug me at all. I would like to come here again.”

“I arrived at 5:00 pm. My appointment was next day at 10:00 am. I requested the Receiving gentleman, John to unload me. He was Cooperarive. He said, "will try, check with me after two hours, however, very likely, you will be unloaded tomorrow morning." I checked at the window again around 7ish, John was not there, however, other person said, I don't have space. Sorry. Can't blame them so far. They let me stay there in the parking lot. I stayed overnight. No Bathrooms though. Porta party ONLY. Next morning I tried to check in at 6:00 am. The lady refused. Asked me to come back at 9:30 am. I went to window again at 9:00 am. There was another gentleman, checked me in and gave me the door. I was on the door at 9:24 am. Keep this in mind, my appointment was at 10:00 am. I got the green light at 1:45 pm. 4 hours and 21 minutes since I was at the door and 3 hours and 45 minutes since my 10:00 am appointment. When you enter in the parking lot, you will feel as if it is a wrong entrance, you will see sign Organically Grown, keep moving, you will see the sign, Grocery Outlet soon. Receiving office is between doors 13 and 14, staff is nice and friendly, ample parking and usually easy to park. Across the doors, there are trailers parked. However, if the door you are getting, across if trailer and tractor both are parked, you are in difficulty situation. Please be careful. I am attaching the pictures so you know what I mean. Pictures are not in order. I have rated this location 4. However, if there was a bathroom available and unloading would be in less than two hours, I would rate it 5. All the best.”

“Very happy boater! When it came time to lift our boat out of the water for the first time we were faced with finding a yard we felt would do a good job for our needs. From the beginning Maltnomah Yacht Repair was professional and responsive to our needs. At our first meeting the owner Joe took the time to sit with me, listen to my unique needs and formulate a plan that would work in our budget, timeframe and expectations. After the meeting they prepared a detailed formal quote outlining price and scope of work to be done which really helped set a roadmap from start to finish. Once the work started the yard manager Brian took over. Upon dropping off the boat we meet and went over my expectations. This is KEY, Brian is not a mind reader so the better you communicate your expectations, the better he can do his job! Brian kept me well informed though the 4 week process and even followed up a few weeks after it was back in the water to make sure I was happy. We used a spectrum of services from their team (bottom coat, new stern thruster installation, new seacock valves, new anchor chain, fiberglass and gel coat repairs) and were happy with all. I found their prices on parts to be competitive with most online markets. In the end they were on time, on budget and good people to work with.”

Super easy process renting from here. I highly recommend you check this place out rather than renting in vancouver. You save quite a bit not paying state taxes. I was able to pick it up and be gone within 15 minutes. Make sure you take photos of all angles in case they(uhaul) try to say you damaged something. Rented from Ft. Knox and headed to Ft. Knox, KY. Kinda coincidental but it works.”
