“Edit 10/1/22: I'm editing my review from 1 star to 4. The current pharmacist is incredibly nice, it's like night and day from my previous review. Pharmacy staff are very friendly over the phone and in person. Less one star due to wait times sometimes, but I know that's not the fault of the staff. Original review: The pharmacists here seriously have the worst attitudes. I don't know when the old ones left but the people who work here now are so incredibly rude. I submitted my new insurance card on the app and they talked down to me as if it was my fault that the system between the app and the store didn't communicate, telling me they didn't have time for this and they were going to close. They didn't even let me pick up my meds. I'm moving all my prescriptions to a different company, no one needs to deal with this kind of rudeness when they're just trying to pick up their medication.”

“I've really struggled over the past few years to find a reliable, friendly, and communicative pharmacy. After several negative experiences at other pharmacies, I was sent to this one because they were the only one in my area with the medication I needed in stock. My initial experience here was very positive, so I made this my primary pharmacy right away. I have been coming here for about a year and will continue to go here for the foreseeable future. Everyone who works here is great, but I would especially like to shout out Debbie for always being friendly and willing to go out of her way to make sure patients are able to get the care and prescriptions they need in a timely manner. She also always remembers my name which is a small thing but something that makes an otherwise stressful errand much more pleasant.”

“The prescriptions are rarely there when I go in to get them. The staff is friendly and seem to understand that they're to expect hostility when they are so understaffed as to be bordering on dangerous. Someday they're going to screw up and someone is going to subpoena their staffing records and make a lot of money off of pain and suffering. Let the buyer beware. The five star ratings here MUST be employees and relatives. I'll take a picture of the line sometime and post it here. UPDATE: Things are much better here now. 1 star to 4.”
