“I rented a 15 passenger sprinter van from Bandago last week for the first time ever. I was impressed with the ease in booking. Booked and paid my rental in full in advance, 3 days prior I received an email with a survey which further streamlined my pick up. On the day of, all I was asked for was my driver's license. The rep did a comprehensive walk around the van with me noting any existing damage, confirming miles and gas levels. I then received a text with a link to sign the agreement digitally. The whole thing took 10 mins and I was out of there. I was a bit skeptical reading some of the reviews but I received a brand new sprinter van with 3k miles and spotless clean. I will definitely be renting from Bandago again and I have already recommended them to other touring bands.”

“Rental went smooth, got the rig I asked for, no surprise charges, very easy check in and check out. The gal during check in (didn't catch her name, she was back with braids, but I suppose there could be more than one) was super sweet and professional, and did a good job. My only complaint is when I first called the new manager had a bit of a curt tone and seemed stressed. He could take a tip from the Hood River manager (who is always so friendly) on customer service tone in hospitality business. But he did get me the vehicle I wanted which is the most important thing. I would use them again.”

“Really friendly staff. Super helpful and very quick service. Was able to answer all of my insurance inquiries. We got upgraded from a premium sedan to an Audi SUV. Great experience all around. Note, to get to the rental pickup and drop off, you need to take a quick shuttle from the airport. The shuttle was clean, friendly drivers that helped with bags, and the shuttle was exclusively Alamo renters, so we didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute or so to get moving. Hands down one of the fastest and easiest rental experiences I’ve ever had. Props to the whole team there. Keep up the good work guys!”
