“Love this place! Coach does a great job engaging everyone on a level that fits their needs!! It's a positive environment that creates opportunities for personal and physical growth!! I've been to regular gyms on and off over my 53 years, but none stack up to what Coach Ryland and Revolution Parkour offer. I started with the Movement Matrix Method class and ended up a member!! I'm stronger, more sure footed, more confident, have better balance and working on the body I've wanted for years! I've also gained a new group of friends that I consider family!! You will never get all the gains at a regular gym that you'll get here! I'm not just talking physical gains either! I encourage anyone to give it a try, you'll be hooked after 3-5 classes. “Our whole family goes to Dr. Lee and we are so happy with him and his staff. I found his office through a Google search - my youngest daughter had an urgent dental issue and we needed someone available on a Friday afternoon with little notice. We managed to get in to see Dr. Lee, and he was so wonderful with my 6 year old that we made appointments for everyone else in the family, too. Now all of us are patients there! Dr. Lee is highly skilled and very kind and pleasant. The whole staff there is easy to work with and seem very happy to be at work. I recommend this practice very highly.”

“5 years ago I had terrible low back pain. I thought for sure I was going to need surgery. A friend recommended Dr. Johnson and he fixed my back pain within a month. Ever since then I go see him off and on when my back is acting up. I’ve seen a handful of chiropractors since I was a teenager and his technique is by far the best and most effective. He is friendly and easy to talk to and the facility is always clean. I’m going to be so sad when he retires one day!!”
