“I have been to this location a hand full of times and never received poor customer service. Today, was EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for a cashiers check- being my first time. Everyone was so friendly. Sara was my teller. She had great conversation. We talked about my puppy purchase (why I needed the cashiers check). She asked to see pictures, asked his name, told me to bring him in for treats. It was a very friendly and nice feeling. Then, the other tellers joined in with their smiles and excitement for me. It’s just the little things that go a long way. They don't try and drag fees out of you at every chance and are always willing to meet the customer on their end. This branch in particular has saved me on multiple occasions. They canceled an overdraft fee for me when I was waiting 15 weeks for unemployment to come through, they pushed me up their schedule as a priority when I had to set up a business account for my run for Mayor of OC so that I could file before the deadline, and they most recently took a charge off of my account for checks that were ordered that I don't need that would makeup about 4% of my current campaign budget. None, I repeat none even came close to the preparedness, professionalism, simplicity of process, communication level, or understanding of the programs as Lewis & Clark Bank.
